TRAVEL
The cost of travel can vary greatly depending on the time of year, the country’s ease of accessibility, etc. We’ve determined that the best way to approach travel with our couples is with an individualized, custom quote, unique to the details of your wedding. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Extra days of events you’d like coverage of? These details all factor in!
We want to assure our couples that our travel fees will always be used for reasonable accommodations (economy flights and hotels). While we may extend our trip, that will never be an expense for you. We simply love to travel and would love the opportunity to do so. Due to our passion for travel, we offer a 15% discount for any of our dream locations!

WHO BOOKS YOUR TRAVEL?
It is our responsibility to take care of passports, visas, etc for our team members’ travel. All arrangements are made on our end, but if there is a flight that most of your guests are taking or a specific hotel they’re staying at, please let us know! We always love to stay with the group!

WHEN WOULD YOUR TEAM ARRIVE?
Our team will always arrive two days early for destination weddings. This may seem excessive, but flights are often cancelled or delayed, and we don’t want to be stuck somewhere else ON your wedding day! This also gives us time to scout your location before the event!.

WHAT DOES YOUR TRAVEL FEE INCLUDE?
Your custom travel fee will include, one round trip flight per team member from Los Angeles, one hotel room per team member for the applicable time, car rental or ground transportation, and a small per diem for food and incidentals.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
As soon as possible! Lots of planning and coordination goes into destination weddings and travel details. Some international travel may require a visa application. This can take time, so the sooner the better!
