After four years and dating long distance, Meghan and Josh were finally in the same city in Los Angeles and watching their relationship grow this past year has been so fulfilling. And watching them get married was even better. It’s rare for me to be a part of someone’s wedding from even before they were engaged. And there is something so enjoyable about seeing a couple grow in their love for each other and for Christ. It made the wedding all that much more. It brought so many things to fruition and was the perfect beginning for them. Both of them were so relaxed all day, playing rock band and chatting with friends. Josh’s home church, The Church of the Good Shepherd and The Cotton Room in Durham brought them back to the city them met in and fell in love in.
Josh and Meghan could be described as polar opposites, but that doesn’t make anyone around them nervous about their love. He calms her down with a glance and she gives him purpose with a hug. Meghan and Josh, I am so blessed by you both and am so thankful to have been in your wedding. And I am so excited to now be here to witness your love and marriage grow. Enjoy!
